LAW® recently joined with ADA partner Massachusetts State Automobile Association to host a webinar focused on educating dealers on the rules and regulations affecting their businesses. While the webinar was presented live to Massachusetts dealers, the content is applicable to dealers in every state.

Reynolds and Reynolds Director of Compliance Terry O’Loughlin spoke to dealers on a variety of topics, including current and proposed FTC rules, recent automotive industry litigation, and tips dealers can follow to help avoid becoming a cautionary tale.

O’Loughlin wrapped up the webinar by highlighting our LAW F&I Document Review. This free service provides an assessment of a dealership’s F&I documents and recommendations on how they can help manage their compliance responsibilities.
