Please note the following update to the Texas LAW F&I Library®:

The State of Texas has released an updated version of the Application for Texas Title and/or Registration. The new form number is 130-U(1P)1/25.

The old 130-U(1P)2/22 will be discontinued on March 3, 2025, or once old stock is depleted. Dealers trying to order under the old form number after discontinuation will be shipped the updated 1/25 version.

Dealers will need to consult with their DMS provider regarding reprogramming requirements for new or updated documents.
