Vehicle Shopping Rule Updates

While it is true that many of the concerns we hear about in dealerships are things the FTC is already actively enforcing, that doesn't mean you shouldn't keep up-to-date on the latest news.

The NADA and Texas Automobile Dealers Association have filed a lawsuit against the Federal Trade Commission in response to the Vehicle Shopping Rule. The U.S. Court of Appeals for the Fifth Circuit heard arguments from both sides on October 9, 2024. Industry experts expect an update in early 2025.
